Games To Remake

Jackal is awesome and should get a remake! For those that haven't played this game or are too young, it's a Jeep run' n' gun type of game where you need to save your brothers-in-arms that were held hostages behind enemy lines. But the firepower you face is awesome: cannons, tanks, submarines and snipers are waiting to blast you in the cross-fire. To defend yourself you must control the army's all-terrain jeep with its arsenal of missiles and grenades.

This NES game, Jackal Kicks A$$, and it deserves a remake. Common Game devs, are you blind?

It is now the golden age for game remakes or remasters. And why not? Remaking games isn’t like remaking movies. You don’t have to re-write a new script or get a whole new cast. You just have to rebuild, reskin, redevelop on the old foundations.

As hardware changes, graphics get better, audio gets more "surroundier" - but what made a game good in the 80's still makes it good in 2015. Gameplay is what makes a game great.

But I really want developers to remake is "Gun Smoke. Published by Capcom,  it's a Kickass game with kickass music. This game will remind you of the Sunset Riders and the Ikari Warriors.

I am really hoping some day for a Spy vs Spy remake. I remember playing it when I was like 6 or something, it was fun. It is a hilarious NES game, that defnitely deserves a remake. I guess this would be great on PC as well!

Who else like to see a remake of this game?

Goonies 2 is a Classic Game, and is one of the best sequels ever created in NES history. Check out this Goonies 2 video, and remember the days when you still s*ck at gaming. Nice soundtrack, mediocre graphics, but awesome gameplay. This really deserves a remake on PS3, or Xbox 360.

Rygar for me, is the best game ever developed for NES. From the graphics, to gameplay, and of course it's hypnotic sounds, Rygar stands out from the pack. Unfortunately, its PS2 and Wii remakes are awful, and i am hoping that PS3 or Xbox, or even PC game developers, would try to give this game a shot again, and create a Rygar Remake.
